Europium Complexes Having an Aminophenanthroline Ligand as Red Dopants in Electroluminescent Devices
Two substituted phenanthrolines were successfully prepared and europium complexes based on these ligands were synthesized. Several electroluminescent devices using these two europium complexes as dopant emitters were fabricated. Results show that some devices emitted saturated red light.
