Services
The ACS provides a number of services to its members such as:
- Regular local events such as technical presentations and plant inspections.
- A quarterly newsletter.
- A journal published twice yearly containing only original works.
- A biannual international ceramics conference, "Austceram".
Many of the events organised by the ACS are also open to non-members and are
sometimes organised in conjunction with kindred societies. Publications are
also available for purchase to non-members.
The Austceram conferences are the premier event in the region and attract
delegates from all over the world. The next event will be held in Melbourne,
Victoria, Australia at the end of November 2004. More details can be found by
