| International Fluidics a manufacturer of drug delivery systems have added breath freshener and oral care films to their range of products. The new product known as FDTAB is capable of delivering quickly active drugs in a dosage closely resembling a postage stamp. There is no requirement for water or chewing to achieve drug delivery. Further it uses less material compared to more conventional drug delivery systems such as tablets and capsules and allows for higher packaging density. The technology is unique and is covered by International Fluidics intellectual property, but is based on polymer film technology. |
