One Component No-Mix Epoxy High Thermal and Strength Adhesive

One part heat cured epoxy adhesive EP17HT has outstanding thermal stability and physical strength properties. The Tg of this product is > 220°C. It is curable at 300°F in 90 to 120 minutes or at 350°F in 60-90 minutes. EP17HT can be cast in section thicknesses up to ¼ inch. It offers superior electrical insulation properties even above 350°F.

Master Bond EP17HT has high bond strength to metals, ceramics, glass, composites and most rubbers and plastics. It has superior dimensional stability, resists thermal cycling and exposure to many chemicals. EP17HT is 100% reactive and contains no solvents or diluents. Tensile, shear and compressive strength properties are impressive.

EP17HT has a viscosity of 20,000 cps and is easy to apply. Its Shore D hardness is > 80. It is available for use in pint, quart, gallon, and 5 gallon units.
