Introduction

Two component epoxy systems are extremely versatile and offer a unique range of performance properties. They are essential in many critical applications. Premixed and frozen two part epoxies avoid many problems associated with mixing two components. They are premixed and ready to use, eliminate waste, and save time (lowering costs). They are available in sizes ranging from 1cc, 5cc to 10cc and are engineered for use in both manual applications and with automatic dispensing equipment.

Master Bond's premixed and frozen process includes thoroughly blending the two components, degassing them to remove entrapped air and then freezing them. Highest quality is achieved by complete in-process testing of each batch. The premixed and frozen systems are shipped in specially insulated cartons packed with dry ice. When stored at -40°C (-40°F) the shelf life is 6 months. Physical and handling properties are maintained over the product's shelf life.
