The Buck 205 is the entry model AA from Buck Scientific. Buck Scientific have removed the D2 Background correction and Three lamp turret to save money, the remainder of the instrument is identical to the 210VGP. Many Customers with Low Dissolved solids in their samples use the 205 with great success. The 205 is also popular amongst educators, since it is designed to be low maintenance and affordable.
