Introduction
The Mythen 1K from DECTRIS offers high speed and superior data quality for a
variety of challenging X-ray diffraction applications. It is a one-dimensional silicon strip detector that works using single-photon counting mode.
Salient Features
Exclusive features of Mythen 1K are:
- Is compact
- Has a high frame rate
- Has a high capture angle
- Is a ready-to-use system
- Air-cooled system
- Simple operation and handling
- Comprehensive system with its own detector and detector control system – Currently three different detector control systems are provided by DECTRIS
- Large multi-detector system can be formed by combining 24 detectors, so as to facilitate coverage of large angles
- Exceptional capabilities across all DECTRIS detector systems
