Planetary Mixers.
CMC’s
laboratory units are compact, robust, versatile units designed to
fit into ventilation hoods.
Units are available for testing in our NEW Technology Center in
Fleetwood, Pennsylvania or contact CMC
milling for your own in-house trial.
Double Planetary Features
- Heavy-duty robust unit designed for mixing viscosities of several
thousand to two million centipoise.
- 0.5 Liter unit fitted with glass vacuum hood for open viewing of
mixing process.
- Blades rotate on their own axis while circling the mixing tank
providing higher shear resulting in reduced mixing times and higher
quality products.
- Closest blade to blade and blade to tank tolerances available on
the market.
- All units are vacuum capable allowing for containment of vapors
and dust inside the tank and eliminates air entrapment in finished
product.
- All wetted parts are standard in stainless steel. Other materials
of construction and coated parts are available.
- Available in either 110 volt, single phase or 230 volt, 3 phase.
- Compact and portable design (unit can be placed on portable cart
for ease of mobility).
