Milling & Consulting, Inc. is pleased to introduce our new
line of Double Planetary Mixers. These high quality mixers
provide
faster mixing cycles and better dispersion when compared to traditional
planetary mixers. CMC’s robust design allows for the processing of the
most stringent, high viscosity materials time and time again.
These mixers are available for testing in CMC’s new technology
center in Pennsylvania.
These Double Planetary Mixers are a great compliment to
CMC’s full line of dispersion equipment.
Double Planetary Features
- Versatile, heavy duty design – units easily process materials
from 100,000 to several million cps.
- Blades rotate on their own axis while circling the mixing tank
providing higher shear resulting in reduced mixing times and greater
homogeneity.
- Precision machined tanks and blades allow for close tolerances
from blade to blade and blade to tank wall providing for more efficient
dispersion and eliminating the need for sidewall scrapers.
- All units are vacuum capable allowing for deaeration or
dehydration of product.
- All wetted parts are stainless steel and highly polished to
facilitate cleaning and reduce risk of product contamination.
- Available in sizes from 0.5 liter up to 2,300 liters.
Options
- Ram Presses - CMC manufactures a complete line of ram presses for
the discharging of viscous material.
- Twisted Gate Blades – The twisted gate blade provides a downward
movement which facilitates the incorporation of lighter materials into
the mix.
