Even though certain users are satisfied with these sensors performing at 5 x 10-6 mbar these sensors are used in industrial vacuum furnaces where temperatures up to 1600°C are felt and pressure of 5 x 10-6 mbar.
The industrial vacuum furnace thermocouple is available in types K and N having an impermeable aluminous porcelain sheath or in types R and S having an impervious re-crystallised alumina sheath with a stainless steel support tube fitted to a weatherproof connection head.
The product features of the industrial vacuum furnace thermocouple are:
-
Thermocouple types K, N, R or S are offered
