The main use of JJHBT is to determine the resistance of thermoplastics pipes to constant internal water pressure at constant temperature. This applies to thermoplastic pipes used in the conveyance of fluids. It is suitable for a variety of pipe specimens.
JJHBT adopts embedded PC controller (PC) and introduces module design. Each module ( 5 stations) has an individual microcomputer. This is used to control pressure and collect data, receive the command from PC and also give a feedback to PC continuously via serial bus. It is intelligent to distinguish the size and material of specimen, then provide perfect pressure rising solution and algorithm.
For the pipes with large rate of expansion has the properties of rapid pressure rising rate and steady at constant temperature. PC collects test data, analyzes the results of leakage or rupture, with the function of specimen pre-treatment, real time monitoring,test data storage, data power-off protection (memory) and recovering when powered on, etc.
