The Unique Force One™ FDIX is a low cost digital force gauge with many useful features beginning with interchangeable Plug 'n Play Force Cell Modules. Select any capacity from 2 to 200 pounds, attach it to the Force Display Module and start testing.
Two versions of FDIX are available
- Dedicated - Single Force Cell Module at ± 0.2% accuracy.
- Interchangeable - Multiple Force Cell Modules at ± 0.3% accuracy.
The basic FDIX consists of a Force Display Module (FDMIX) and a Force Cell Module (FCMI). Add other Force Cell Modules as needed to increase or decrease the FDIX Force Gauge capacity. Changing Force Cell Modules changes capacity, accuracy and resolution.
Selectable Peak Sampling Rate FDIX primary function, measuring static and dynamic forces, is enhanced with keyboard selectable 100 or 1000/second peak sampling rates - 100/second for slow dynamic or static testing, 1000/second for high speed break testing.
Overload Protection - FDIX has built-in overload stops with strain gage and structural failure protection.
Bi-Directional RS232 Interface - Versatile bi-directional RS232 data transmission to and from a computer is provided with single data point or continuous data transmission initiated by FDIX or by computer.
Data storage is provided with a 500 data point memory for later recall and transmission to a computer.
