Alicat has developed the Whisper series mass flow meters and controllers, suitable for low pressure drop applications. When expensive systems/gases with very little total pressure are used, pressure drop becomes a major concern.

The Whisper series mass flow meters are particularly developed for such low pressure drop applications.

The Whisper series uses the patented LFE and flow cavity design to offer unparalleled performance with as little as 0.06 PSID. Both meters and controllers have full-scale flow rates from 0.5SCCM through 500SLPM.
