the high throughput detection and characterization of sub-micron particles in
powders, solutions, soils, and oils. For the metals industries, inclusions can
be automatically detected and identified based on size and chemical composition.
In manual mode, the PSEM
eXplorer is a user-friendly inspection tool a variety of materials including
pharmaceutical products, medical devices, semi-conductors, coatings, automotive
parts, and aerospace components. Surface morphology, size, shape, and compositional
data can be easily acquired and saved.
Now in its third generation, the PSEM
eXplorer is designed for the automated imaging and elemental analysis of
a wide spectrum of surfaces and particulate. A unique blend of hardware ruggedization
