HPR-20 TMS Transient Mass Spectrometer for Fast Event Gas Analysis

The Hiden HPR-20 TMS Transient MS is designed to perform fast event gas analysis of vapors and gases at close to atmospheric pressure. The mass spectrometer is suitable for fast gas switching analysis. It is equipped with the Hiden QIC quartz-lined 0.9 m sampling interface.

TOperating at 200°C, the inlet offers response times of below 150 ms to gas composition changes with 5 decade response time in less than 200 ms. The QIC inlet is directly integrated into Hiden’s Pulse Ion Counting (PIC) digital MS, which can achieve up to 500 data points/s measurement speeds over the entire 7 decade dynamic range.

The Hiden HPR-20 TMS Transient MS comes with MASsoft 7 Professional Edition software. The system can be controlled through Ethernet, RS232 or USB 2.0 using this Windows 8 and Windows 10 compatible software. It yields extensive I/O for data output and reading out external device data for integration and display with the MS data.
