Pressure Transducers for Industrial Applications

The PXM309 series industrial pressure transducers from OMEGA incorporate two of their precision manufacturing methods. Low pressure ranges from 0 - 70 mbar up to 0 - 3.5 bar, and absolute ranges up to 20 bar use a precision micromachined silicon sensor that is protected by a stainless steel diaphragm.

A thin film of oil transfers the pressure and guarantees the high stability and accuracy of the sensor. High and medium gauge pressure ranges from 0 - 7 bar up to 0 - 700 bar, and use precision semiconductor strain gauges that are combined directly to the stainless steel diaphragm. This yields a robust, durable bond that guarantees high stability and long life.

The PXM309 series transducers are supplied in gauge (relative), or absolute pressure and are sealed to an IP65 or IP67 environmental rating, based on the model.
