The Pentronix Multipack 1204 Automated Anvil Press
Alan Krauser from Pentronix demonstrates their Multipak 1204, 4 ton anvil press. The press is capable of pressing from 20 to 120 parts per minute and can turn out high precision green components.
In this demonstration, the Multipak 1204 is pressing alumina ceramic parts using a free flowing powder, but is equally at home pressing powdered metal components.
The Multipack 1204 can also use multiple cavities and features a patented design to minimize powder spillage and wastage.
