Compression Testing Using TA1 Food Texture Analyzer

This video shows the compression testing using TA1 food texture analyzer from Lloyd Instruments. It can be used to determine the flexibility and breaking strength of the dry spaghetti. Spaghetti Compression Jig is used to perform the compression test and stiffness, bending strain at break, bending stress, hardness and extension can be measured easily.
