Thermo Scientific's New iXR Raman Spectrometer for Multi-Modal Measurements

This video shows Scott Ellis, Marketing Manager for Molecular Spectroscopy at Thermo Scientific, discussing the iXR Raman Spectrometer — a tool for material scientists and engineers to deepen their understanding of new materials. iXR is the first Raman spectrometer that has been specifically made for hyphenated techniques. It is designed for multi-modal analysis where it can be integrated with other analytical tools to the understand properties and performance of new materials.  This feature would most likely benefit materials engineering and research labs in academic, government, and industries.

The iXR Raman Spectrometer complements many techniques and can be used for a wide range of applications. The instrument is highly sensitive and provides research-level spectroscopic performance. It is configurable with all other XR class components.
