PTFE Coated Heatbelts and Fabric from Dotmar Engineered Plastic Products

Alan Bresnehan from Dotmar Engineered Plastic Products shows us their range of PTFE coated heatbelts and fabrics. PTFE is used as a coating materials due to its non-stick, low friction and heat resistant properties.

Applications for these materials include process belts for food, texile and screen printing and fabric tapes for bag sealing machines.

Dotmar also offer Bake-It which is a PTFE coated fabric that is FDA Approved. It is a reusable material that can be used for cooking. The beauty of it is that is is easily washable using hot soapy water.
