Anton Paar’s Corbix 5 – an Inline Beverage Analysis

This video shows an inline beverage analysis using Anton Paar’s Cobrix 5. The Cobrix 5 measuring system is specially designed for the beer and beverage industries.

The measuring system is employed mainly to monitor the concentration of CO2, brix, alcohol content, sugar inversion, real extract, apparent extract in beverages. It also performs optional measurements of color, conductivity and the content of oxygen present.

The Cobrix 5 is available in two versions: a “bypass version” or an “inline version”. Preferable option for breweries is the inline version, which is increasingly used by soft drink manufacturers. The Cobrix 5 measures all the values in real-time and immediately shows the deviations obtained.

Run Time – 2:45min
