The LVEM5 is a compact benchtop electron microscope. It consists of four separate parts like the PC, the electronics unit, microscope and the vacuum system. It can work in transmission or diffraction as well as in scanning modes. It is capable of obtaining 2-3nm resolutions in TEM/SEM modes.
