The Siroll Electrostatic oiler is designed to provide automated, non-contact, non-pressurized, protective or lubricating coatings (oil, wax or chemicals) to moving metal substrates, in strip or sheet form, accurately and effectively. The result is improved end product quality with reduced wastage and increased yield.

Alcoa’s plant in Samara (Alcoa SMZ) is Russia’s largest producer of fabricated aluminum. Alcoa SMZ is one of the two producing facilities of Alcoa Russia that combined hold about 50% of the domestic mill products market. Alcoa acquired its facilities in Russia in 2005 and has since invested about $750 million for their total upgrade.
