NewAge Industries Releases Newloc Push-to-Connect Fittings in Acetal Copolymer and Brass

NewAge Industries has released user friendly Newloc push-to-connect fittings in two materials- brass and Acetal copolymer.

The materials are included in appropriate dimensions and styles to enable rapid linking with inflexible and semi-flexible tubing like polypropylene, nylon and polyethylene. Newloc fittings are used in several applications like potable water, chemical lines, robotics, pneumatic control systems, food and beverage transfer and instrumentation.

Newloc push-to-connect fittings provide quick anti-leak linking without impeding the flow. They also feature a full vacuum rating of 29.9 in/Hg. The fittings can also be utilized with finer materials and it depends on the durometer of the tune or by means of a tube support. They can be easily installed, disengaged and reutilized without the requirement of any external tools. When compared to other linking alternatives like clamps and barbed fittings, the Newloc fittings enable quick tubing systems assembly, thereby saving time.

Brass and Acetal copolymer materials can meet demands of several applications. Acetal Newlocs can be availed in inch and metric dimensions. They have received NSF-51 certification from the National Sanitation Foundation for utilizing them with materials of food devices. They are also NSF-61 certified for use with potable water materials. Brass Newlocs are tough and are stable even in high temperatures up to 93°C than the Acetal Newlocks. The pressures of brass Newlocs are restricted only by the operating pressure of the plastic tube. Increase in pressure or pulling on the incorporated tubing will stiffen the seal of the fitting.

The Newloc Acetal push-to-connect fittings can be availed in several sizes between 1/8” and 1/2" tube O.D as well as between 4mm to 12mm tube O.D. Newloc Acetal fittings can be availed in sizes ranging from 1/8” to 1/2" tube O.D. They are available in several models like tees, elbows, adapters, unions, Y’s, 4-ways and bulkhead unions. Several ranges of tubing to connect with Newloc fittings are also available.
