Eastman Chemical Company will introduce its EastaPure™ electronic chemicals selector guide at SPIE Advanced Lithography, Feb. 24-25 in San Jose, Calif. at Booth #711.
The Eastman EastaPure™ selector guide, developed as a result of customer request, is an easy-to-use, formulating aid that literally places product information at the formulator’s fingertips. The EastaPure portfolio of products is showcased in the guide along with specific physical properties, applications and processing matrices.
