GRPMS and Ashland Performance Materials to Continue Composites Distribution Agreement

GRPMS, a member of Umeco Composites Structural Materials (UCSM) - a Division of Umeco plc, has extended its agreement with Ashland Performance Materials (APM) to distribute their polyester, vinyl ester, acrylic and phenolic resins, premium gelcoats and low-profile additives to the Finnish composites market.

The agreement, which came into effect on October 1st, extends an existing partnership covering the distribution of products throughout the UK, Scandinavia and Estonia.

Stefan Osterwind, commercial director for Ashland Performance Materials, EMEA and India said; "We are pleased to continue to build on our successful partnership with GRPMS to deliver Ashland's industry leading technologies and services to composites manufacturers in Finland".
