Specialist in silicones, silicon-based innovation and technology, Dow Corning has chosen GA Lindberg as its distributor to supply silicon-based products for solar energy applications in the Danish and Swedish regions.
As per the distribution deal, GA Lindberg, which has over 20 years of experience in the solar power market, will supply Dow Corning’s adhesives and sealants to the solar power companies throughout Europe. At present, GA Lindberg distributes Dow Corning’s 3AM products such as Molykote special lubricants and industrial sealants, and electronics products for the aviation, appliances, IOE, MRO and automotive industries.
Dow Corning offers extensive range of silicon-based products across the whole photovoltaic value chain. The company continues to expand its offerings to solar cell production, module assembly and deployment through strategic investment. The company produces ultra performance silicone solutions, including solar grade silicon, sealants and potting agents, coatings, adhesives and encapsulants.
The Global Channel Manager of Dow Corning Solar Business, Allison Ashbrook, commented that the company is happy about its new distribution deal for the European market.
