Industrial Nanotech has announced that Prozinco, an industrial contractor working on civil construction, corrosion prevention and industrial painting projects, has placed an order for 320 gallons of Nansulate Translucent PT insulation coating.
Earlier, Prozinco has received a bid to deploy Industrial Nanotech’s Nansulate insulation on Galp Energia’s Porto Refinery oil pipeline. The Nansulate offers optimum insulation and protects tools from corrosion. It can withstand extreme weather conditions and does not require expensive exterior claddings.
Industrial Nanotech’s Business Development VP, Francesca Crolley stated that Prozinco has been introduced to the company’s technology with the installation of the Translucent PT coating at the Porto Refinery. Prozinco’s customers include Shell, Renault, Petrogal, Dow Portugal and others. The partnership with Prozinco will provide opportunity for Industrial Nanotech to work with several firms seeking solutions for coating pipelines, large tanks and other huge structures.
Industrial Nanotech is looking forward for more projects such as the upcoming Porto Refinery project, which is expected to require 2,973 gallons for coating four oil tanks. The Nansulate will provide an ideal insulation solution for this project.
