Turnout of Machinery Companies Expected to be Higher at NPE2012

The NPE international plastics exhibition for this year, NPE2012 is expected to attract a greater number of machinery companies this year. The event which is organised by SPI is a triennial event which will take place at Orlando.

Owing to recession, the previous exposition, NPE2009 did not succeed in generating interest among machinery companies.

But this year, the organisers expect a greater turnout due to the enhanced logistics and economies of the event. Going one step further than just exhibiting many machinery companies will demonstrate or operate their machinery on-site. According to President of Wittmann Battenfeld the NPE2012 provides a great opportunity for potential customers to touch, feel and observe their machinery.

At the same time it serves as a good opportunity for the company to showcase their state of the art moulding shop. Engel Machinery will have 33% more equipment on display than the last edition. The company will demonstrate and operate all of its machinery on display. Sumitomo Demag will exhibit a total of 12 machines as compared to three in NPE2009. Conair Group will exhibit 30% more equipment than it did for the previous edition of the exhibition.
