Resolute Forest Products, a Canada-based forest products company, has partnered with National Envelope, a manufacturer of envelopes, to offer a range of solutions to customers.
The solutions include folio-size sheets that use sustainable and high-yield paper from Resolute. Both the companies consider this partnership as an integral part which provides eco-friendly solutions to customers.
Align paper was recently introduced by Resolute. A range of high-bulk, eco-friendly papers can possibly replace chemical pulp uncoated and coated freesheet in many commercial printing applications. Align grade papers when compared to normal offset papers offer a smaller green footprint and save cost for customers.
When compared to traditional freesheet papers, Align grades cause less impact on the surroundings. These papers produce small carbon footprint that range from 35% to 85% than the average grade of freesheet. The high-opacity and high-bulk of the paper offers a low-cost solution to customers. Customers using Align papers can pay less for postage and paper, or mail and print more at the similar cost, based on the requirements.
According to Resolute Forest Products’ CEO and President, Richard Garneau, the company collaboration with National Envelope will allow end users to benefit from the Align paper line that provides economic savings and reduce ecological impact..
