It was announced that C-Therm has won the 2012 Export - Product & Services KIRA award. The award celebrates and recognizes the significant contribution C-Therm's export sales are making in growing the local New Brunswick economy.

This award comes amongst the continued success C-Therm has had bringing its flagship product, the TCi Thermal Conductivity Analyzer, to new markets around the world, including China, Brazil, Russia and India.
The KIRA awards recognize outstanding achievement in the knowledge industry throughout New Brunswick. For fourteen years the KIRA awards have stood as a symbol of success and prestige. The annual awards banquet and gala brings together the top industry leaders from across the province.

Adam Harris, Managing Director of C-Therm Technologies, remarked "we're absolutely thrilled to win this award - it is a wonderful comment on the success we are having in growing the business - 2012 is a big year for C-Therm as we celebrate our 5th anniversary."

Now present in over 64 countries around the world, the TCi Thermal Conductivity Analyzer is widely used in a variety of industries. The C-Therm TCi Thermal Conductivity Analyzer is a lab instrument that's used to measure the thermal transport properties of solids, liquids, powders and pastes. Applications for the technology are varied, ranging from metal hydrides (fuel cell), plastics, nanomaterials, explosives, asphalts, cements, textiles, petrochemicals, ceramics, paints, battery cathode materials and nuclear. The TCi helps researchers in offering a faster, easier, and more versatile solution in characterizing the heat transfer properties of their materials.
