BTU International, a provider of high-tech thermal processing equipment to the electronics manufacturing and alternative energy industries, will demonstrate the PYRAMAX solder reflow system’s dual-speed, dual-lane capabilities and High Efficiency (HE) flux management capabilities at the NEPCON West China 2012.
BTU International will also showcase its new WINCON control software at the exhibition, which will be held at the new International Convention & Exposition Center located in Chengdu, China, from June 19 to 21, 2012.
With its superior thermal performance, PYRAMAX reflow oven helps electronics manufacturers achieve higher output so that they can successfully survive in present challenging marketplace.
Dual-lane reflow ovens are capable of doubling the output in a single reflow oven by simultaneously operating two boards in parallel with nearly identical or identical boards. The dual-speed capability helps in simultaneously achieving independent run boards and thermal profiles with substantial differences, thus giving more versatility.
The HE flux management system features a new design to maintain clean oven operation, thus further lengthening the maintenance cycle. Flux residue is collected by the HE flux management system through oven atmosphere processing at several extraction points via a sequence of heat exchangers. The HE flux management system can be serviced even when the oven is in operation, which helps reduce downtime.
The latest WINCON 5.0 control system software provides true dual process capability which allows the adjustment of one lane when the other lane is in production.
