Simrit to Supply Aerospace Sealing Products to Pattonair

Simrit has finalized a global distribution contract with Pattonair. Simrit's facilities in Santa Ana, California and Lutterworth, UK will provide aerospace sealing products to Pattonair for its international aerospace OEM customers.

Pattonair’s Supply Chain Director, Nick Ammerlaan stated that the company’s product portfolio will be strengthened with reliable and high-quality sealing products by means of this supply agreement signed with Simrit, whose commitment to quality and material knowledge make the firm as a perfect international partner.

BAE Systems, Goodrich, Parker Aerospace, Safran Group, Rolls-Royce, Turbomeca and Eaton, and Thales Aerospace are the customers of Pattonair.

According to Simrit’s VP for global sales aerospace, Vinay Nilkanth, the supply contract with Pattonair is another milestone for Simrit and will allow the company to become a main provider of global aerospace sealing products. Pattonair is known for its quality and Simrit is confident that its aerospace sealing products are in line with Pattonair’s dedication towards excellence.

Simrit fulfills the unique requirements of the aerospace industry by means of its proprietary, customized technology and material solutions. It offers an extensive variety of products, having the specifications of aerospace materials.

The Lutterworth plant of Simrit has attained the AS9120 Revision A quality management system certification, and the AS9100 recertification for excellent product design. Simrit’s facility in Santa Ana has over 30 years of expertise in producing aerospace O-rings, molded shapes and plate seals. It has achieved the AS9100 Revision C certification for quality and design.

Simrit provides precision-manufactured products for use in the appliance, agriculture, aerospace, fluid power, energy, construction, mechanical power generation, recreation and mechanical power transmission markets.
