Microchip Recognizes Cabot Microelectronics for Significant Contributions in Providing CMP Slurries and Pad Solutions

Cabot Microelectronics Corporation, the world's leading supplier of chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) polishing slurries and a growing CMP pad supplier to the semiconductor industry, today announced that it has received an Outstanding Supplier Performance Award from Microchip Technology Inc., in recognition of its performance in quality, reliability and service in 2012.

Microchip recognized Cabot Microelectronics for its significant contributions in providing CMP slurries and pads solutions deemed essential to Microchip's success.
