Concord Components, Inc, has signed a distribution agreement with America Semiconductor, LLC, a leading manufacturer of state-of-the-industry power semiconductors. Under the agreement, Concord Components is charged with strengthening America Semiconductor’s supply chain throughout North America.
America Semiconductor is a global leader in the manufacturing of mission-critical, high-power semiconductors, low-power semiconductors and discrete semiconductor components to help OEM companies solve their design challenges. With over 50 years of accumulated expertise in the semiconductor industry, America Semiconductor builds rugged high-reliability high-power standard, fast and super-fast recovery rectifiers, low-power and bridge rectifiers, diacs, IGBT modules, SCRs, Triacs, Shottky and Zener diodes.

America Semiconductor, which sells only through distribution, selected Concord Components as its newest franchised distributor based on their strong market presence, unparalleled customer service and proven demand creation ability. Concord Components will stock and distribute parts for OEMs/ODMs involved in America Semiconductor’s target industries, including alternative energy, oil drilling, power grid, welding, HVAC, and transportation. To optimize customers’ time-to-market capabilities, they will maintain a large inventory of America Semiconductor’s components at their Nebraska headquarters and distribution center, as well as in their New York and North Carolina facilities
