In the year 1945, when Mr. B.M. Thakkar established India's first Plastics raw materials manufacturing unit, for Thermosetting Resins and Moulding compounds, Tipco initiated a small-begining in self-relaince.
In half a century, Tipco witnessed the birth of New India and participated as a small molecule, in the exciting process of moulding the nation, into a Grand shape.During these five decades. Tipco has been an active partner in evolution of the Plastics Industry of India.
