Please tell us a bit about the company and why you are here at ACHEMA this week.
Radleys is a British company based in Saffron Walden, which manufactures innovative tools for chemists; helping with chemistry discoveries and processes to improve production in factories.
Is there a particular product or range that you are showcasing?
At the moment we're showcasing our new product the Mya 4, which is a four-position parallel synthesizer.
We're also entertaining our distributor base, globally, with some 30 to 40 meetings; catching up on business and introducing them to the new products.
What makes your products and company unique?
We’re an innovation company - spotting needs that the chemists have and developing solutions to improve the equipment that can be used; optimizing the chemists time, optimizing their chemistry and giving better results in the lab.
What kind of application areas do your products apply to?
Our products are wide ranging in volume from 2ml to 20 litres, and are more cost effective. They're safer than other products on the market, cleaner and greener than traditional methods, and they also allow the chemists to be more productive in what they're able to achieve in the average working day.
What do you hope to get out of ACHEMA this week?
ACHEMA is an exhibition that we do every three years, and we always find it an excellent opportunity to communicate with our distributor base and end user customer base. We also use it to develop new leads, understand the market, understand what else is available, and look at what chemists are looking for, for our future product range and development.
