Custom Processing of Graphite in the USA

Following arrival in the US NovoCarbon works alongside its well-selected to processes graphite to custom specifications. Custom processing takes place in state-of-the-art, industrial-sized processing facilities.

To be used in batteries graphite must be purified, sized, shaped and coated. NovoCarbon has developed the capacity to deliver processed graphite for use in batteries.

NovoCarbon can provide several different graphite flake products which have been manufactured using a concentrate of high quality. Graphite is sourced from a single supplier, Brazil’s best graphite producer, which ensures that their is product consistency between batches, avoiding problems which can occur from differences in purity and composition.

High-Quality Micronized Flake Graphite

Micronized flake graphite can be delivered by the ton with possible flake sizes between 5 to 80 microns, or to specification. The graphite is of high quality with a purity level is 96% carbon.  

99.9%+ Pure Micronized Flake Graphite

Micronized flake graphite of both high quality and a high purity, which is available by the ton with flake sizes between 5 to 80 microns or to specification. The graphite is of extremely high purity of 99.9%+ carbon.

Spherical Graphite

Natural spherical flake graphite, which is available in small volumes for product qualifications. The standard supply size is 20 microns, though custom sizes are available when required. Provided at a high purity of 99.9%+ carbon.

Coated Spherical Graphite

As with above a high quality and high purity natural graphite available in small volumes for product qualification. The provided size is 20 microns although custom is available. The graphite is coated and the purity level of the final product is 99.9%+ carbon.
