KYOCERA Chemical offers a variety of pultrusion molded parts, like columned or specific sectioned shapes – shapes such as poles, which are ready to be supplied.

KYOCERA Chemical has solutions from design to production in materials such as:

        GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic)

        CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)

C Series, HA Series

KYOCERA Chemical's Pultrusion Molded Parts have a glass fiber reinforced structure. They are typically used for tips of fishing rods, radio antennas for automobiles and boats and tools for paper making facilities.

C Series

Pultrusion molded parts combined with copper wire are suitable for radio antennas of automobiles and boats and ships.

HA Series

Standard pultrution molded parts, based on glass fiber, are mainly used for tips of fishing rods. Various pole diameters are available from 2mm - 20mm diameter.

CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic)

CF Series, CH Series, E Series

KYOCERA Chemical's CFRP is characterized by its high specific strength, light weight, high strength, high modulus and high dimensional stability. Especially, its coefficient of thermal expansion in the direction parallel to the carbon fiber is close to 0 ppm. Excellent weather resistance and chemical resistance are advantages of CFRP. Furthermore, the chemical structure of carbon fibers is so stable that it is free from any stain and corrosion.

CF Series

These electro conductive parts are suitable for device such as liquid level indicators.

CH Series

Components manufactured from CH Series materials exhibit light weight and high strength. Parts made from CH series materials are typically used for the tips of fishing rods.

E Series

The combination of carbon fiber and epoxy matrix resin system provides high chemical resistance.

E series are logical candidates for the replacement of stainless steel and aluminum parts, as well as parts in cleaning facility for silicon wafers.
