PdMetrics® – Powerful but Simple Diagnostics

Ipsen's PdMetrics® software platform for predictive maintenance utilizes control algorithms and proprietary sensors in order to determine the appropriate timing for replacing parts and servicing the TITAN 2.0 vacuum furnace. When the software establishes that an action is needed, an automatic alert is sent to both Ipsen and the customer.² This indeed notifies the customer in advance, as well as allows for the delivery of essential parts and/or the dispatch of service personnel on a planned date.

By monitoring key parameters and critical data through the PdMetrics software platform, such as temperature, pressure and vibrations, users are able to enhance the integrity and health of several systems: the hot zone, vacuum integrity, cooling system and pumping system.
