Mai Tai® DeepSeeTM Ti:Sapphire Oscillator from Spectra-Physics

Spectra-Physics’ Mai Tai® DeepSee™ Ti:Sapphire oscillator is integrated with the company’s patented automated dispersion compensation to exclusively enable optimal usage in multiphoton microscopy.

The Mai Tai® DeepSee laser provides average power of more than 2.4W and useable tuning range of 350nm (690-1040nm). In case there is a requirement for longer wavelengths beyond 1040nm, Spectra-Physics provides the InSight™ DS+™ that is integrated with the broadest tuning range of 680-1300nm to enable deepest in vivo imaging.

The ultra-stable regenerative mode locking technique created by Spectra-Physics makes the Mai Tai® DeepSee oscillator an even more reliable tool. Similarly, the StabiLok® real-time monitoring technology also aids in improving the tool’s reliability by providing smallest average power fluctuations, superior beam pointing stability, and removing wavelength drift.

The oscillator with its hands-free facility coupled with drop-out free wavelength tuning allows excitation profiles to be quickly gathered with a single click of a mouse.
