What can the Precision Zero Air Generator be used for?
PG - The Precision Zero Air generator utilises a highly reliable catalyst chamber, which removes Hydrocarbons (as Methane) to a level of 0.05ppm.
Precision Zero Air is ideal for use as flame gas for your GC detector, but can also be used for other applications which require Hydrocarbon (as Methane) free air.
How will the Precision Zero Air Generator help users to achieve their aims and objectives?
PG - The most significant benefit will be a continuous supply of Zero Air at stable purities and pressure with no need to monitor the gas level of cylinders or running the risk of running out of gas mid analysis.
With a Precision Zero Air generator you will replace cumbersome gas cylinders with a highly reliable and cost effective alternative source of gas.

PG - The Zero Air Generator produces hydrocarbon-free air (as methane) to a market leading purity of 0.05ppm. It has minimal lifetime maintenance requirements, you will never have to replace the catalyst chamber.
It has an ultra-fast start up time to reach operating purity. All “Precision” generators are stack-able, therefore if additional Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Zero Air generators are required, no additional bench space is needed. A dedicated air source, the Precision Air Compressor, is available for customers with no existing air supply.
