The AeroCheck ET Flaw Detector from ETher NDE is a non-destructive testing device designed for NDE on specific aerospace application. It comes in a compact, rugged and lightweight package, and features a daylight-readable 5.7” LCD Color Full VGA (640 x 480 pixels) Screen. This screen delivers excellent signal resolution irrespective of the working environment.
The built-in “flip” function ensures convenient operation for both left and right-handed users. With a weight of 1.2kg and rugged metal casing body, the AeroCheck provides improved EC performance, easy-to-navigate menu systems and battery life of up to ten hours.
The AeroCheck is provided with a simple “single-level” menu system. Using the easily recognizable Icon, any menu item can be easily added to the “Quick Menu” sidebar thereby allowing rapid measurement at the time of inspection.
The AeroCheck features four operator-selectable “soft key” positions for frequently used functions and a fifth position for the last menu function. Each of the saved instrument setting can be correlated with a unique, one press set of quick access functions. In addition, there are two front panel hard keys that can be adjusted for faster one press access to other functions.
The AeroCheck uses industry standard 12-Way Lemo and Co-axial Lemo 00 connectors that offer rotary drive capabilities and absolute, bridge and reflection probe modes operating without adapter.

AeroCheck Plus
The AeroCheck Plus is an extension of the Eddy Current (EC) Flaw Detector from the AeroCheck, and offers the same features as that of the AeroCheck. In addition, it offers a Dual Frequency with Auto-mix and Conductivity Measurement and an excellent frequency range from 20Hz to 20MHz.
Using Auto-mix, the process of mixing two different frequency signals is made simple. This function can be set in a single press of the key.
The AeroCheck Plus is ideal for all reflection, bridge and absolute probes, and it employs industry standard 12-Way Lemo and Co-axial Lemo 00 connectors without the need to use adapters.
