The Variable Speed Rotor Mill PULVERISETTE 14 premium line supplied by FRITSCH provides shearing, impact, and cutting comminution in a single instrument. It is considerably quieter than other comparable instruments, provides better cooling, and delivers higher performance.
Integrated with a powerful motor, the variable speed rotor mills are suitable for rapid comminution of soft to medium-hard, fibrous and brittle materials, as well as samples that are sensitive to temperature. Depending on the material and parameter settings, the mills provide fast sample throughput of up to 15L and more per hour.
During the grinding process, the PULVERISETTE 14 premium line cools the sample better than similar instruments. This significantly reduces sticking or melting of the grinding material even with temperature-sensitive samples. A high-speed motor with ceramic bearings provides a high impact and rotor speed with powerful 22,000rpm, thus ensuring finer results in a short period of time.
The latest AutoLOCK grinding chamber allows automatic closing and opening with clamping and crushing protection. In addition, the Intelligence- Safety-Control-System ensures that the instrument starts only if the grinding set is properly inserted.
The Clean Design covers all the areas and makes it easy to clean the mill. All the surfaces are easy to clean and designed to resist dirt. Components that require customary cleaning can be easily removed without the use of tools. The lid of the instrument can also be removed for cleaning purposes.
