New Optical Design
The ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec features two lasers and two different measuring cell detector spacings, and as a result, it has a very broad measuring range of 0.01-2100 µm. An infrared laser at a large distance from the measuring cell is used to detect larger particles, whereas a green laser at a small distance from the cell is used to detect smaller particles. This allows the detection of forward scattered light at scattering angles of up to 65 °.
The green laser light for backward scattering allows measuring the smallest particles in the nanoscale range. The system is extremely user-friendly, allowing the detection of the entire measurement range of 0.01-2100 µm without the need to change the optical elements, thereby yielding perfect, reliable, comparable and reproducible measurements.
Intelligent Modular Design
The ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec also features a compact measuring unit, which can be rapidly and conveniently integrated with various dispersion units to perform a range of wet and dry measurements. The wet dispersion unit can be selected to perform wet measurements of solids and suspensions. The system also has the options of compact manual small volume wet dispersion unit SVM and automatic small volume wet dispersion unit SVA with an illuminated dispersion bath for the wet dispersion of minute quantities.
An assortment of measurements can be performed using the wet dispersion unit, thanks to the practical, fully automatic AutoSampler.
The dry dispersion unit can be used to perform dry measurements of not too fine, free-flowing materials with efficient agglomerate degradation. The falling chute option is available for the dry measurement of free-flowing materials or agglomerates. The wide selection of options allows users to acquire only what is needed for their applications.
The ANALYSETTE 22 dispersion modules have their measuring cells in practical cartridges, which can be interchanged with a single movement while changing between dry and wet measurements, without the need for modifying the instrument or changing the hoses. This, in turn, leads to a rapid and easily modified dispersion method.
So Simple, but also Very Flexible!
The presence of fully predefined SOPs in the ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec software for virtually all types of measurements makes its operation especially simple and convenient. These SOPs can be modified through a well-arranged input mask in order to meet specific measurement requirements.
Perfect Fully Automatic Evaluation
The ANALYSETTE 22 NanoTec is equipped with a computer consisting of the fully installed FRITSCH MaS control software, enabling users to control, record, and accurately evaluate their measuring results.
The easy-to-learn software MaS control guides users through the complete measurement process. Besides integrated standard reports, users can also precisely organize their measurement reports based on their requirements using the freely editable report generator.
