The HMK-2001 Rotary Sample Divider is a type of sample divider or sample spinner, which uses frequency controlled rotary motor and vibration-controlled device to improve the sampling.

The HMK-2001 Rotary Sample Divider is a sample splitting tool prior to further analysis of dry powder in the lab. This tool can automatically, rapidly and effectively split the samples to be tested into 6 or 8 equal shares; each share has the representation of the original sample.

Apparatus

The Rotating sample divider is made up of a number of parts including the control panel, sample receiver, vibration feeder, and sample cleaning device. The control panel has a receiver sample panel and a vibration feeder panel. The vibration feeder panel comprises of a vibrating feeder amplitude speed control knob and a vibration feeder power switch.

A sample receiver panel in the system has a power switch and high, medium, and low key of rotation speed as well as a stepless adjustable plus and minus key. The vibration feeder consists of sample pool and vibrating base. The sample receiver is made up of tube clip, composite funnel, and six or eight tubes. The sample cleaning device comprises of a cleaning brush and holder.
