Analyzing Concentrated Gases with the Stainless Steel Short-Path Gas Cells

PIKE Technologies is offering Stainless Steel Short-Path Gas Cells in order to analyze more concentrated gases. It could be possible to use the durable construction of the metal body under pressure when matched with an ideal IR window. Cell pathlengths are 1, 2, 5, 15, 10, and 20 cm. Heated models are available for a maximum temperature of 200 and 300 °C in order to prevent condensation of specific components or for maximum precision.

All cells are available with welded VCR fittings. To offer the finest flexibility, users can further optimize their configuration by using Swagelok valves with VCR or 1/4” compression termination. PIKE gas cells have been designed for effortless cleaning and maintenance. The gas cells are baseplate-mounted in order to maintain stability in the spectrometer sample compartment and also offer purge collars to prevent CO2 and atmospheric water vapor interference in the spectrum. Cell materials and custom pathlengths are available.
