The FlexiSpec® series from art photonics GmbH – is a collection of groundbreaking Fiber Probe Couplers and Fiber Optic Probes designed for in-line analytical analysis in broad spectral range – from UV to Mid-IR.
The FlexiSpec® product line of Immersion Fiber Probes includes ATR, Transflection, Transmission, Fluorescence and Diffuse Reflection probes that are all compatible with any process-photometer, FT-MIR, FT-NIR or dispersion spectrometer, IR-LED or QCL spectral sensor to use in-line for PAT-applications.
The FlexiSpec® Fiber Probe Couplers (FPC) can couple any FTIR - spectrometer with varied fiber optic probes and enhance it in order to run reaction monitoring in-line and to prevent sampling. The fiber probe couplers provide high coupling efficiency for Transmission, ATR-Absorption or Reflection process-spectroscopy in a broad spectral range, from UV to Mid-Infrared – in order to employ fiber coupled FTIR spectrometer with uncooled detectors, and with MCT and LN-cooled detectors.
For many processes where probe optics can be contaminated by media, it is possible to clean the design of the FlexiSpec® probes. Industrial probes are well-matched with process interfaces SensoGate-FOS and Ceramat-FOS with appropriate fittings in order to protect their semi or full automated use in complete process control systems. They can be retracted, calibrated and cleaned during a chemical process in order to allow remote process control in any liquid, solid or gas mixtures under tough environmental conditions.
Art photonics fiber probes, incorporated with FTIR or UV/Vis spectrophotometers, facilitate qualitative and quantitative product analysis and help in determining specific chemical and physical properties.
Art photonics provides two categories of FlexiSpec® product portfolio: standard and customized. The standard products are made up of pre-configured probes and probe couplers capable of being used in pilot plants, the laboratory or in production. The customized products enable users to custom configure fiber probes and couplers centered on their exceptional process requirements.
