FOX 1000 Heat Flow Meter

The FOX 1000 Heat Flow Meter manufactured by TA Instruments is an easy-to-use, accurate instrument. It is specifically built to accommodate large samples and measure thermal conductivity in compliance with ASTM C518 and ISO 8301. For the testing of particularly long samples, like for instance the huge format vacuum insulation panels (VIP), the test chamber has back and front doors which allow the analysis of specimens 1050 mm wide and as long as they are produced.

Capable of functioning both in standalone or PC-controlled configurations, the FOX 1000 Heat Flow Meter delivers quick and accurate results. The instrument features proprietary thin film heat flux transducers, responsive temperature control and digital thickness measurements.
