Direct Sample Connection from Targeted Area Allows for Remote VOC Monitoring
The MOCON - Baseline VOC-TRAQ® II Flow Cell integrates the VOC-TRAQ® II with a flow-through housing, allowing total volatile organic compound (TVOC) measurement with an outlet and inlet flow path for remote sample delivery. This unit enables controlled sample delivery when it is used in conjunction with a pump or pressurized source.
The VOC-TRAQ II Flow Cell provides the potential to remotely monitor and then record the existence of total volatile organic compounds by using a PC with Windows-based OS software. The piD-TECH® eVx photoionization detector provides the acute sensitivity of this device.
The dynamic range of this instrument is 0 ppm to 10,000 ppm with minimum detectable quantities (MDQs) of 0.5 ppb to 1,500 ppb based on piD-TECH eVx sensor selection.
The VOC-TRAQ software is well-matched with Windows®-based PC’s or in a stand-alone mode employing an external USB power supply. Internal memory enables it to store up to 36,000 sample readings at user selectable time intervals. The software includes programmable alarm levels with graduated audible signal that is considered to be proportional to the VOC concentration detected. Concentration alarms are displayed by a three-color LED.
The included VOC-TRAQ II PC software brings about an easy calibration routine, setup parameters as well as a graphical display of data.
The VOC-TRAQ II Flow Cell has been designed for easy usage by an air quality consultant, maintenance manager, safety engineer or an individual concerned about TVOCs in the indoor environment.
